KVK Dimapur, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region organised three days off campus training programme on “Profitable Dairy Farming: Best Practices for Small Holders” from 16-18th July, 2025 at Bade village. Dr. Ebibeni Ngullie, Chief Technical Officer was the course coordinator. Key learnings included breed selection and management, feed and nutrition, housing and infrastructure, health and disease management, record keeping, financial planning etc. Dr. Ebibeni Ngullie also addressed the problem faced by the farmers in other livestock sectors also like goatery, piggery and poultry during the training programme. A total of 20 farmers attended the training programme. The programme concluded with distribution of certificates.
